For our group network connection office we are looking for a:n engineer:in the network connection office in an indefinite job in full time (part time possible).

Project management, customer consulting and technical coordination: When it comes to successfully bringing connections to the network, we rely on your know-how. You take responsibility for demanding projects and are the first person to contact our customers. From the first request to the successful implementation, you keep the threads in your hands and make sure that planning, commissioning, execution and quality interlock perfectly. You think cross-species and trust your key accounts in terms of network connections and technical services with a special focus on heat, gas and water. You can also control complex large-scale construction projects with overview, reliability and the right sense for people and processes. In the network customer center, you will introduce your wide range of expertise where it is needed: whether fire extinguishing facilities in the water supply network, water connection catches or the restoration or shutdown of network connections – you will meet well-founded decisions with direct influence on security of supply, infrastructure and customer satisfaction. At the same time, you are an important professional point of contact in the team, as you provide orientation in demanding questions, share your knowledge and contribute to the efficient and solution-oriented processing of complex cases.

Completioned Higher Education Programme of Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering or Probable Equivalent Skills and Knowledge Comprehensive knowledge of the rules and laws (e.g. DVGW worksheets, AGFW, DIN, UVV, VOB/VOL, VDE) as well as good MS office and SAP knowledge Professional experience in an energy supply company, in a planning office or construction company driving licence class B readiness for continuous training, external and internal customer orientation, team spirit and negotiation skills
