You develop application solutions in the field of industrial sensor technology and assess new applications in terms of their feasibility You process and solve customer complaints Advising our customers with focus on after-sales both on the phone and on site is one of your core tasks Support sales in complex technical issues in the sales process A close cooperation with product management and the development of specific customer requirements is of course for you. You carry out process and product training for our service and sales worldwide

Technical studies in the field of automation / electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable, as an alternative training, including further training to the technician (m/w/d) or the like. Practical experience in the field of control and automation technology (e.g. with SPS) for evaluating applications Interest in industrial communication and affinity for new technologies Self-responsible work with the same team in cooperation with our international service and sales team Communication strength in German and English in contact with colleagues and customers
