Your duties

• Installation and commissioning of CNC lathes
• implementation of the funnel test and series release; and Serial testing
• In-process control and documentation of measurement results
• Installation, presetting and loading of cutting tools
• Construction and alignment of clamping devices and reception of Zero points
• Introducing and optimizing NC programs
• Maintenance and daily maintenance of the machines as part of the TPM
• Installation, alignment and deburring of workpieces
• Operation and armour of the center of rotation and/or Long lathe
• Use and booking in the BDE, MDE and ERP system

Our requirements

• completed vocational training as a machining mechanic, or Industrial mechanic, ideally focusing on turning technology
• Multiannual professional experience in operation, establishment and Programming of CNC lathes
• Very good knowledge of how to handle Siemens control
• Knowledge of reading and implementing technical drawings
• Safe handling of manual and computer-assisted measuring devices and when reading measurement protocols
• Embossed quality awareness and precise, structured Procedure
• High level of flexibility and willingness to 2-shift work
• Analytical thinking, fast conception and digital Competence
• team skills, ownership and ability to give and accept constructive feedback
• Working hours: Early shift from Monday to Thursday between 05:30 - 14:00, Friday to 10:30 and late shift from Monday to Thursday between 13:45 - 22:15 AM, Friday between 10:15 - 15:15
