Senior Service Owner Network and Connect (m/f/d)

You are responsible for ensuring the provision of application and infrastructure services as part of the agreed service levels as well as their planning in terms of needs, capacities and costs for the Service Network and Connect. You promote interdisciplinary cooperation between the rku.it areas to ensure a holistic service and customer-oriented action. You are responsible for the compliance of the delivered service with customer requirements (SLA-compliant service performance) and ensure monitoring and reporting. You identify and implement service improvement measures and contribute to strategic planning tasks by showing improvements to the performance portfolio. Your leadership skills are characterized by the fact that you know the challenges of a complex environment and as a professional leader you understand your team individually to support, eliminate disruptions and define action frameworks, but also create freedom for development, for new ideas and personal and professional work of your team members. You take the professional guidance and support of the employees and give impulses for the professional skills development, both at individual and organisational levels. You participate in individual personnel measures by defining technical goals and giving impulses to performance assessment.

You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in IT service management or related areas. You have extensive market knowledge in IT service management that will enable you to develop and implement an effective IT service strategy, as well as advance continuous improvements and innovations in IT services. You have extensive knowledge in the field of network and security services for internal IT as well as location connection. With your organizational ability and work efficiency, you are able to coordinate and effectively implement your tasks. You are characterized by excellent communication skills, always give clear and convincing feedback and convince even in complex situations by your extremely strong understanding and dialogue skills. Your leadership skills are characterized by the fact that you know the challenges of your environment and understand yourself as a leader in individually supporting, eliminating disturbances and defining the scope of action, but also creating freedom for development for new ideas and personal and professional work.
