Your new job In this role, you are responsible for the further development of our Industrial Ethernet switches (managed & unmanaged) – from the market demand to the product life cycle. Total responsibility for the switch portfolio of Murrelektronik (strategic & operative) Further development of existing industrial Ethernet switches as well as derivation and definition of new product requirements Market, competitive and trend analyses in the fields of industrial Ethernet, OT networks, IIoT and industrial security Creation and implementation of a clear product roadmap in close cooperation with development, sales and marketing Close cooperation with the development in specification, implementation and continuous optimization of innovative network products Definition of requirements for managed/unmanaged switches as well as future network and security functions Direct exchange with customers, key accounts and international sales companies to identify new market requirements at an early stage Support for development projects throughout the product life cycle (Launch, Lifecycle, Phase-out) Performance of product training and support in technical customer presentations Creation of business cases, market analysis and product positioning (Value Proposition, differentiation, target segments) Presentation of Murrelektronik at trade fairs, customer events and technology partners International travel readiness to actively accompany customers and markets

(m/w/d) or studies, e.g. in electrical engineering, automation technology, industrial engineering, computer science or comparable Experience in product management – or alternatively multiannual practice in technical sales, as an application engineer / application engineer in the industrial environment Very good knowledge of Industrial Ethernet and Network Technology Understanding industrial communication protocols and network topologies Know-how to requirements in factory automation and decentralized automation concepts Structured, analytical and independent working methods Communication strength and sovereign appearance – also in the international environment Very good knowledge of German and English is absolutely necessary.
