Technical employee, quality management (m/f/d)

Our subsidiary, Triathlon Batterien GmbH, is a state-of-the-art production facility for traction batteries based in Glauchau / Saxony. As a reliable partner, we support our customers in all phases of the project, from the first consultation and planning to the production and assembly of the battery system. To strengthen our team at the Glauchau site, we are now looking for support as a technical employee (m/w/d) for our customer complaints in the Quality Management department. Function as technical contact:in for customer complaints in the field of quality management, including processing, tracking and communication with customers:inside Participation in the Process FMEA (P-FMEA) for new products as well as regular updating in consultation with the specialist departments Active cooperation in the interdisciplinary team (CFT – Cross-Functional Team) to continuously improve product and process quality Implementation of employees:internal training on quality topics, including standards, requirements and improvement measures

Training as a technician:in or after training in a technical field, ideally focusing on quality assurance, mechanical engineering or comparable fields Professional experience in the mentioned area of responsibility Quick understanding and strong understanding of quality requirements in the industrial production environment Methodological knowledge, especially in 5 Why, P-FMEA, Control Plan and 8D Reports Safe handling of current MS Office applications; Experiences in handling SAP are advantageous Good knowledge of English in word and writing are desirable
