From November/December we are looking for a:n intern:in (ideally for 6 months) who wants to start in student and trainee recruiting. With us you get not only insights, but real tasks, responsibility and space for your ideas. knowledge of applicant management and holistic support of all process steps, in particular in the perspective of applications and forwarding to the department Formulation and publication of job advertisements on various job portals Cooperation with disciplines and applicants:in order to ensure a positive Candidate Experience Conducting research on current trends in talent management Participation in ongoing recruiting projects and acquisition of own subprojects

Studies in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Economics or Social Sciences, ideally with a focus on personnel or in a comparable course of study First professional experience in the form of internships and work study activities Interest to illuminate and improve new topics in recruiting in all facets Safe handling of MS Office products German knowledge of independent application (at least C1) Communication strength and a proactive, independent mode of operation
