In the role of ''Legal Counsel / Syndicusrechtsanwalt Arbeitsrecht (m/w/d)''', you will advise the management, the executives, the management of the branches and your colleagues in the HR department on all topics of individual and collective labour law. You create and test fonts such as templates, guidelines, contracts and personnel documents and contribute to the solution of basic personnel issues with tailor-made, individual concepts. You follow changes in legislation and jurisdiction, implement them competently and ensure compliance with current legal standards throughout the company. You engage in interdisciplinary personnel projects and keep training in the field of labour law in order to strengthen expertise in the company. You represent the company in judicial processes and coordinate external partners in proceedings before authorities and courts.

You have successfully completed legal state examina. In addition, you have already gained first professional experience as a Legal Counsel / Syndikusrechtsanwalt (m/w/d) in a company or lawyer (m/w/d) in a firm and are familiar with the practical application of labour law topics. You work independently and carefully, have a strong service orientation as well as pragmatic skills in finding solutions. You convince by communication strength, social competence, sense of responsibility, economic thinking and strong team spirit. You enjoy the design of labour law and personal processes and are ready for occasional missions.
