You control the complete high-volume recruiting process - from job description to screening to final selection. You switch job advertisements and actively create different recruiting channels. You conduct professional phone interviews and interviews and advise managers on internal and external candidates. You are in close contact with employers branding, personal marketing and networking - and work with the works council trustfully.

Professional experience in recruiting, desirable way in the high volume environment. Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). German language skills and good English skills. A structured, independent and targeted way of working with high readiness for use and learning. A professional appearance, pronounced communication strength and a good sense for people. Readiness to travel to our other locations.
