As a speaker (w/m/d) further education and digital learning, you are the central interface between our internal AKADEMIE and the departments. You continuously develop our learning portfolio, drive the digitization of our learning offerings and ensure that knowledge in the company is modern, practical and sustainable. Whether in the design and quality assurance of digital formats, in the consulting of the departments for the preparation of their content or in the construction of exchange formats for the promotion of our learning community, you create the basis for a modern learning culture and a future-oriented further education. You develop the target image for a future-oriented digital learning and knowledge platform, identify and analyze needs together with your AKADEMIE team collegium, personnel development and specialist areas and design concepts for a modern digital learning and knowledge landscape You advise employees and executives on all learning and training content, support specialist departments in the digitization of their learning topics, define learning goals and select suitable training media; also train and accompany students in the LMS environment and moderate learning circles You develop criteria for a demand- and target-group-oriented orientation of the learning portfolio, coordinate course requirements and priorities; also evaluate and create suitable standard trainings and design digital learning formats such as learning videos or e-learnings You develop marketing measures to increase the use of the learning management system, design formats for success measurement and derive optimization measures for the learning portfolio from reporting, KPIs and evaluation criteria; analyse market and technology trends, for example in digital learning or in the use of AI, and assess their potential for the Academy

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of education, economic education, e-learning, economic psychology, business management, economics or a comparable degree course You have well-founded expertise in e-learning and didactics, as well as professional experience in digital knowledge transfer and the conception and creation of especially digital training and training You have very good knowledge of how to use learning management systems (e.g. Learn365) and in Microsoft 365 You bring well-founded experience in project and process management, advise confidently, present content vividly and have media competence You are familiar with trends and current developments in learning and digital training At best, You bring experience in personnel development A careful and result-oriented way of working, combined with readiness to learn and communication, team and customer orientation, completes your profile Your German knowledge corresponds at least to the language level C1
