Own-responsible implementation of the pay and salary bill for a fixed group of employees (approximately 150 persons, sometimes even more)

Ensuring correct time recording and billing of working hours

Comprehensive staff administration, including the creation of work contracts, certificates (e.g. A1 certificates) and other relevant documents

Contact persons for employees for all questions relating to payroll accounting, social security and wage tax

Communication with offices, social security institutions and health insurance

Closed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial businessman, office businessman or similar)

Evidence of professional experience in payroll accounting

Knowledge of social security, pay tax and labour law

Secure handling of common payroll accounting software DATEV and MS Office

High level of care and accuracy

Own, structured functioning and a pronounced service
