For our team building technology within the Facility Management department we are looking for you as

Your route with us • They are foreman and deputy workshop manager in the workshop of the department of building technology • In the workshop you are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the heating, air-conditioning, air-conditioning, refrigeration and sanitation technology as well as sprinkler systems, gas-extinguishing systems, RWA and dehumidification systems of all buildings at the airport • Inspections, troubleshootings, repairs and maintenance activities at the above plants are part of your range of tasks • They control and supervise the use of foreign companies in cooperation with the management of operations and projects and take out services • They support operational and project management in construction and rebuilding measures • You participate in the workshop call readiness

Your check-in profile • You have successfully completed your training as a plant mechanic for HLKS and have ideally completed your training as a master or technician • They have already gained several years of experience in plant operation or commissioning of HLKS plants and ideally have first leadership experience • Your structured and conscientious way of working distinguishes you, you like to work in the team and take over organizational tasks • You are safe to use MS Office programs and have willingness to integrate into the maintenance software • You have a class B driving licence
