As a staff member in our internal team, you are the central contact person for our employees at the place of use with our customer. You conduct interviews in German and English with our recruiting team and ensure optimal placement of employees. Responsible for effective personnel deployment planning, you continuously accompany our employees and build a strong network on site. With passion and commitment, you will ensure a smooth recruitment process and the best possible support for our employees. Your task is to guarantee the satisfaction of the employees and the customer through personal care and close exchange with the regional management.

You have completed commercial training, preferably as a personal service businessman or have completed university studies You can demonstrate professional experience in the staff service You are a pay-affin and have a good time management and brings very good German and English knowledge with With the MS Office package you can safely handle Negotiating skills, safe occurrence and very good communication skills are of course for you
