Operation, monitoring and continuous development of the hybrid Microsoft system landscape (On-Premises & Cloud, in particular Microsoft 365®, Exchange® (Online), Active Directory®, Entra ID® and Intune®) Administration of messaging infrastructure by ensuring a stable, performant and secure operation of mail and communication systems (Exchange On-Premises & Online incl. Mail routing and standard protocols) Providing and maintaining public key infrastructure (PKI) and managing security certificates to secure email traffic (S/MIME) Configuration, optimization and administration of the KEMP Load Balancer to ensure high availability Operation, development and automation of identity and access management solutions for user and authorization management as well as implementation of relevant security requirements along the entire user lifecycle Integration and operation of modern authentication methods as well as implementation of security requirements in the area of identity & access management incl. Mechanisms such as MFA and Conditional Access Ensuring client and server configuration via group policies (GPO) and support of local network services (ADFS)

Graduated training, e.g. as a specialist informatics (m/w/d) system integration or a comparable qualification with corresponding expertise Long-standing professional experience in Microsoft infrastructure administration Funded knowledge in Microsoft 365, Azure® and Entra ID as well as in dealing with Active Directory and Group Policy Funded experience in IT security as well as identity & access management as well as endpoint (Intune) and certificate management (PKI) Embossed customer or service orientation as well as structured, analytical procedures Very good German and good English skills
