Head of QA Systems Department with Budget and Personnel Responsibility Responsibility for building, further development and monitoring of quality systems (e.g. supplier qualification, document and training management, qualification/validation incl. CSV, Risk Management, Self Inspections, Management Review Defining and coordinating quality principles and guidelines Ensuring supplier management including negotiation of QS agreements and organisation of supplier audits Preparation and monitoring of regulatory inspections and implementation of regulatory requirements Continuous improvement of the QM system including KPI reporting, quality and training planning as well as regular QM reviews

Completion of natural science studies More than 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry in quality assurance and GMP 2+ years of experience in personnel management Management experience and corresponding sense of responsibility Current language skills in German and English Social skills and leadership skills Impressed learning and communication skills
