IT - Trainer (m/f/d)

Organisation and implementation of user training, both in presence and online Training management and development of targeted training concepts, in particular when introducing new IT applications Building training scenarios in the various test environments of our corporate applications (ERP/DMS/Apps) Creation and maintenance of training documents and knowledge entries in cooperation with our specialist departments (e.g. digital handbooks and hand-outs, eLearnings, recording of learning videos, etc.) Planning and implementation of onboarding training for our new ELA collegiate:in the world Further development of current training formats and existing training tools

Successfully completed studies in the fields of BWL, Business Education, Business Informatics, a successfully completed training in kfm. Area in which IT or a comparable qualification Professional experience as (IT) trainer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) with sound knowledge in basic training courses and in the design of technical course material are of advantage Further trainings or additional qualifications, for example in the areas of training design, presentation techniques and e-learning, are desirable Very good communication and team skills, as well as pleasure & motivation in performing trainings General IT affinity and knowledge in common IT systems and tools, ideally experience with SAP Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Confidence with internet-based learning platforms and modern training techniques are a plus, but not absolutely necessary Good understanding of the basics of IT security in companies
