(Division) Head of Construction (m/f/d)

As Head of Division (m/w/d) Bau you take over the overall strategic and operational responsibility for all the construction activities of the Dennree Group – from planning to control to the successful implementation of various construction projects. Together with your qualified team, you coordinate new construction, rebuilding and modernization measures for our more than 400 Denns biomarkets in Germany and Austria as well as other company locations and ensure a timely and quality-oriented implementation. You are responsible for the technical management of the entire construction project management, develop standards and processes and ensure efficient structures within the area. Developing in close cooperation with internal departments and external partners You are structural concepts that convince both functionally and economically. You actively accompany the structural implementation of our expansion strategy and ensure that new locations are realized in high quality and in the planned cost and time frame. You have completed their studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, project management, industrial engineering construction or a comparable qualification.
