Over 40 IT colleagues in the Headoffice in the North City of Bonn ensure that the IT of a nation-wide successful parcel logistics company runs stable, safe and efficient. The heart is our sorting center (HUB) in Niederaula (Hessen) and here we are looking for local support. IT Allrounder (m/w/d) – HUB That's what you expect: You enter the entire IT operation on site at the Sorting Center (HUB) in Niederaula (Hessen) and work closely with technology, processes and people. Your tasks include the analysis and processing of incidents and service enquiries, collaboration in 1st and 2nd level support, and the maintenance and monitoring of IT systems and infrastructure. You support changes, maintenance windows, technical optimizations, rollouts and lifecycle topics on site and document systems and processes. Cooperation with internal IT teams from Bonn and external service providers is part of your daily work. In some cases, shift or night service occurs. This makes the place special: You don't work in a narrowly defined niche, but close to the entire IT landscape. Holistic support and security of IT operations in the HUB Analysis, Processing and Sustainable Solution of Incidents and Service Requests 2nd level support and 1st level support Operation, maintenance and monitoring of IT systems and infrastructure Working with change, maintenance windows and technological optimizations Support for rollouts, updates and lifecycle topics Documentation of systems, solutions and processes Cooperation with internal IT units and external service providers

Technical training: completed IT training or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the IT field (min 3 years of professional experience) Wide technical understanding, e.g. in areas such as: Windows clients and servers Networks, VPN, basic security issues Virtualization, storage or backup Microsoft environment (AD, M365, basic Azur) Citrix Client Support Structured, reliable and solution-oriented operation Willingness to take responsibility and look at the edge of the plate Team orientation, clear communication and hands-on mentality IT'ler in passion
