Responsibility for all lifecycle activities – from market launch after transfer of products from development to the end of the product life cycle

Planning, control and implementation of projects taking into account business risks, opportunities and budget requirements as well as identifying needs for lifecycle processes and projects, including development and coordination of appropriate solutions with management

Ensuring functionality, quality, safety and cost-effectiveness of products while maintaining product costs at an economically portable level

Compliance with regulatory requirements and ensuring product compliance

Coordination and Priority of Lifecycle Activities in close coordination with Product Roadmap

Definition and implementation of annual and quarterly lifecycle programs including budget and resource planning

Interface function between product teams and business, including promotion of cross-departmental cooperation and communication, as well as active participation in the development and maintenance of an international network within the lifecycle community

Management and technical control of project teams

successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or comparable qualifications, ideally related to electronics or medical technology

at least three years of professional experience in project management and experience in the lateral management of project teams

Knowledge of project management methods such as SCRUM or PRINCE2

Change Management Experience and Medical Devices Class I–III

strong organisational skills and well-founded experience in the programme and/or Project management (e.g. GPM Level B/C or PMI-PMP)

pronounced “Sense of Urgency” combined with the ability to prioritize and objective, data-based decision-making

high autonomy, team orientation and a very good level of moderation, presentation and communication skills

safe handling of MS Project and experience in handling JIRA and SAP R/3

very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
