We look forward to your reinforcement at the next possible time in an indefinite employment at the Essen site as Projektmanager (m/w/d) Your tasks Responsibility for the team: You conduct the field for all YEXIO projects in planning and execution, taking over the team's technical and disciplinary leadership Communication skills: You communicate with key stakeholders such as customers, authorities, planners, entrepreneurs and other partners. Create and present reports to the management of the Data Center Partner, as well as the Senior Management Team and Investors to convey essential insights and progress optimally coordinate interfaces: responsible for coordinating interfaces with DCP basic unit development, DCP product development and DCP operations to seamlessly shape cooperation and information flow Result-oriented action: Override project responsibility and ensure that objectives are consistently achieved Bringing innovation power: Provide input to the further development of the YEXIO product family and actively contribute to innovation in order to achieve continuous product improvements Your profile Academic background with substance: You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, building technology or a related area, giving you solid theoretical and practical knowledge Data Center experience as a foundation: Your experience in the area of the Data Center, especially in the TGA planning and structural implementation, provides you with a basis on which you master complex challenges and strive for technical perfection Leadership that convinces: You bring leadership experience that allows you to guide teams with clarity and motivation, so that projects are implemented in a targeted and effective way Innovation spirit for the future: Your ability to innovate drives you to take new paths to continuously promote improvements in the YEXIO product family and introduce forward-looking solutions International cooperation: You support the establishment of the YEXIO network in Europe and ideally bring first experiences in international cooperation.
