For our Servicefeld Platform Services in Tribe Identity & Access Management, we are looking for you in full time as Risk & Compliance Manager Identity & Access Management (m/w/d) in Berlin, Karlsruhe, Munich or Münster. Your activity is assigned to the Chapter/Squad Compliance Check. Here you work with 10 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives You are part of the company-wide Identity & Access Management (IAM) and supports the team to control nuclear rights as a governance specialist for compliance check. As a key* contact for all customers, you contribute to the security of Atruvia AG. You are pleased to develop and review guidelines, concepts and regulations of the Compliance Check (Identity and Access Management). You advise specialist teams on regulatory requirements and their practical implementation. You monitor the regular control of existing IT services and the privileges given therein. In case of inconsistencies, you support the implementation of appropriate measures.

Personality with profile You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or IT security as well as several years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification. You have a strong understanding of the process and technology for IT services and have already accompanied a role in IT governance. Ideally, you have experience in identity and access management of solutions used (One Identity Manager, ITIM). You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). A safe occurrence and strong communication skills as well as a pronounced analytical thinking and a high degree of self-initiative, timeliness and liability are yours. A customer- and service-oriented personality as well as a certain degree of enforcement strength complete your profile. We would also be pleased if you have experiences in agile action and ideally bring Scrum and Kanban shots.
