Compensation of monthly pay bills taking into account the collective agreements and contracts of employment, as well as wage tax and social insurance requirements for a defined area Implementation of all administrative personnel processes from recruitment to exit (contracting, correspondence, master data management and maintenance of the time economy etc.) Contact person for executives and employees for questions relating to pay billing and staff administration Processing of occupational pensions in the company Correspondence with in- and external partners (authorities, social security institutions etc.) Further development of the digitalization of personnel administration (e.g. electronic reporting) Takeover of special tasks and projects in operational personnel matters

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) and at least 3 years of experience in the field of pay billing or a comparable qualification Advanced SAP HR knowledge required Good knowledge of MS Office applications Legal knowledge of tax and social security law, knowledge of the collective agreement of the electrical and metal industry NRW of advantage Text-proof correspondence and analytical numerical understanding High quality and responsibility awareness, absolute discretion as well as structured and accurate working methods, both independent and in the team Clear value understanding in the field of tension between employees, service orientation and employers
