Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Acceptance, analysis and classification of disturbances
• On-site support for the user or support of the user, by telephone and by remote
• Solution of incidents and service requests as part of the required skills
• Troubleshooting
• Recording and documentation of operations in a ticket system
• Problem solution in the client area
• Monitoring

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in IT, completed training (manufacturer system integration) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in handling complex IT landscapes
• Knowledge and experience in hardware, Windows Server, Microsoft Windows, Virtualization (VMware), Firewall, VPN, IP, Network
• First experience in telephone IT support
• Good communication skills and strong service orientation
• Good English skills
