IT Service Manager CRM (m/f/d)

Stuttgart wants to become climate neutral in 2035. The Stadtwerke Stuttgart-Group plays a leading role in this goal. As a motor for the energy transition, the Stadtwerke Stuttgart intends to reduce CO2 emissions up to a quarter of the Stuttgarter and thus make the largest individual contribution. We focus on everything the energy transition has to offer: green electricity from solar and wind energy, heat from renewable sources and services related to energy efficiency. We remain technology-open and test innovations such as hydrogen. We are leading the development of charging infrastructure. The energy transition does not go without network infrastructure: The Stuttgart network is also part of the Stadtwerke Group as a network operator. Currently, around 850 employees work for the entire Stadtwerke Group

Responsibility for CRM system: You organize the harmonisation, development and operation of the CRM solution epilot and ensure optimal integration into the application landscape Analysis & Conception: You analyze the effort, benefits and technical feasibility of various functions together with the departments Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Coordination of implementations: You work closely with our internal customers in the fields of implementation Project management: You control external service providers and service partners and prepare results according to target groups Support organisation & IT-Service Management: You are responsible for first-, second-, third-level support across the participating service providers and ensure efficient field support for the CRM tool

Qualifications: completed studies in business informatics, computer science, BWL with IT focus or comparable qualification 3+ years of professional experience in application management: In your previous activities you have already been able to maintain sales systems such as CRM or customer portal systems, ideally e-pilot, and have supported sales teams Methods Competence: If you already have experience with process management, IT project management and IT service management according to ITILv3, this is advantageous, but this can also be deepened within the scope of the activity Designed analytical and conceptual skills: You will like to analyze new topics and develop innovative solutions independently and bring a structured, solution-oriented way of working and enjoyment to develop digital services with Communication: You bring strong communication and moderation capabilities in cooperation with departments and service providers
