You process all business transactions in financial accounting such as debitor, creditor and asset accounting and ensure the transparent mapping of our business transactions in the Odoo and DATEV ERP system All payment transactions will be prepared by you and the timely execution of all transactions will be ensured In addition to the sales tax pre-registration, you also support the Head of Financial Accounting for all other statistical reporting obligations You actively promote the digitization of our document archiving in revision-proof aspects and bring your own ideas to optimize processes You support the creation of annual and quarterly accounts, develop analyses and evaluations, and contribute to the development of internal reporting If you are interested, you will also have the opportunity to extend your range of tasks as a representation in the pay bill

You have successfully completed a training in the tax or commercial sector and have ideally already gained further professional experience in a tax law firm, an industrial or crafts firm and in dealing with DATEV programs. Numbers do not make you sweat, but large tables, many bookings and complex connections give you a good feeling You do not understand accounting as a self-interest, but as a service for the company and its operational, customer-oriented areas You will be happy to keep up with your expertise and you will also like to develop yourself further – we will also be happy to support you with planned further trainings, such as the balance sheet holder or the like.
