a completed training as a nurse (age caregiver, health caregiver or nursing caregiver) a qualification for responsible nursing staff or the willingness to acquire them are desirable solid knowledge in the fields of care management, quality assurance and IT Guide configurations with the extra portion of a distributive feel Sensitivity in dealing with customers: inside very good German knowledge
