Your tasks – You make the difference with us: Data path architecture: You enter and optimise the entire digital data path for remote meter reading – from the reading device (Smart Meter Gateway) to the systems to the billing. Monitoring: You design and build a modern, automated monitoring landscape to monitor data flows, data qualities and system stability. Process integration: You accompany the technical introduction of new metering processes, connect interfaces (VPN/APN) and ensure a high degree of automation. Incl. MBUS configuration. Gateway Administration: You control the configuration, commissioning and compliance of BSI security requirements within the framework of intelligent measurement systems. Quality Assurance & Support: You monitor the operational data transfer, analyze error messages in transmission aborts and sustainably correct faults Your profile – This is what you enthuse us: Background: Studies of (economic) informatics, training as a specialist in system integration / application development or comparable qualification with relevant IT experience in the energy industry / in metering . Smart-Metering Expertise: You bring a profound understanding of the market processes of remote meter reading and ideally already have experience in the Smart-Meter gateway administration (GWA) via common industry platforms such as Arvato Systems, Elvaco or comparable systems. IT infrastructure: Secure handling of cloud infrastructures, databases (SQL) and network architectures (routing, VPN, secure communication paths). Monitoring expert: First experiences with monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk) or log analyses are of great advantage. Communication & Team: Secure knowledge of German and good English as well as pleasure in close, agile cooperation in multidisciplinary project teams .
