Processing of requests from vehicle users Maintenance of vehicle, driver, cost center and contract data Support for vehicle orders, deliveries, returns and vehicle changes Coordination and tracking of maintenance, repairs, tyre changes and HU/AU Administrative support for damages Administration of tank cards, vehicle documents and documents Processing and forwarding of invoices Processing and tracking of tickets and official writing Support for driving licence controls and UVV-relevant operations Support for vehicle control and reporting to HR Maintenance of lists, digital storage, mailboxes and internal fleet information Pool vehicle management support including handovers, withdrawals, state controls and workshop appointments Communication with leasing companies, workshops, insurance companies and internal contact persons Support in the optimization and digitization of administrative fleet processes

Current study, preferably with commercial or economic reference Interest in fleet management and administrative processes Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Good knowledge of German in word and writing driving licence class B Structured, careful and reliable operation Organisational and communication strength Service orientation and independent work Hands-on mentality and team skills
