Head of Clothing (f/m/d)

For over 60 years, we have been a successful manufacturer of sophisticated technical textiles in the western Münsterland with about 100 employees. Since 2011, we have been part of the family-run SAATI S.p.A family-run company group with a total of about 900 employees. Our manufacturing program includes filter and screen fabrics for the process and food industry, as well as textiles for technical applications, the medical sector or the automotive industry. To strengthen our team we are looking for one or more Head of Confectionery (w/m/d)

Management and development of 20 employees Production planning and control in coordination with the parent company in Italy Monitoring of production processes and ensuring timely completion Monitoring of production indicators Ensuring quality standards Continuous optimisation of the organisation of construction and execution Introducing new employees

Completed vocational training as a technical designer(w/m/d) or comparable training At least 5 years of professional experience in textiles Experience as team leader Master training of advantage High organizational capability, communication strength and service orientation Analytical thinking and a high degree of responsibility Good PC knowledge and knowledge of English
