Senior Project Manager Automotive Logistics / Concept and Implementation Projects (m/f/d)

In the Project Hub, you take responsibility in projects for the automotive and contract divisions and develop standards in the (multi-) project management together with the department management. You take over the technical management of (partial) projects in national design and implementation projects. You act solution-oriented, identify and evaluate project risks and create decision templates for top management. In the field of automotive logistics, you will develop our services and work closely with sales, operating locations and central interfaces in implementation. With your proven project experience, you can make valuable contributions to projects of the adjacent optimization departments. You advance (multi-)project management – You evaluate standardized processes, methods and tools and develop them further. You analyze the project portfolio of the area, monitor, evaluate and visualize target achievement and effects. You cover risks such as target conflicts and plan deviations and develop appropriate measures together with project managers. Knowledge transfer and excellence in project management: You take over the preparation and implementation of workshops, meetings and project steering groups.

You work independently and precisely – we can rely on you. You bring a pronounced mentality for project management, define orders with internal customers, keep project teams together, build sustainable structures and control stakeholders with their strong human understanding. The basis is your completed studies, e.g. in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification. Your broad, multi-annual and generalistic professional experience in the (multi-)project management in the industrial environment – for example in the Project Management Office (PMO). You have strong professional leadership skills and relevant professional experience in automotive logistics and/or project management in the automotive sector. Certifications (e.g. GPM/IPMA, PMI/PMP, PRINCE2) are welcome, but no requirement – your relevant professional experience in project management is at the forefront. You don't just think in solutions, they're also implementing them. You can see business trips and deployments in implementation projects as an enrichment of your working day. You control stakeholder and change management, have very good moderation skills and communicate fluently in German in word and writing.
