You take over the formal and material processing They regularly correspond with offices, clients and colleagues General office activities (telephone, dictates, file management etc.) are also part of your daily business You have appointments and deadlines constantly in sight and check them regularly They supported lawyers in compliance with appointments and deadlines as well as ongoing processes

You have the medium maturity, the technical abitur or abitur in your pocket, are highly motivated and can hardly wait to start in practice They show interest in legal issues You have good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) They convince with readiness for learning and performance and show their own initiative You are a team player, work independently and can therefore optimally support your colleagues You convince with organizational skill and always do your tasks with utmost care They bring good knowledge of German and English and are interested in working closely with colleagues from the UK, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Ireland in the international environment.
