You actively support our recruiting team in the entire candidate management and accompany the selection process from initial contact to interview coordination As the first respondent, you are in exchange with our applicants:inside and for a positive Candidate Experience You coordinate interviews in close coordination with the specialist departments and always keep an overview of all dates and processes You will clarify first questions with candidate:inside and support them during the application process As part of Active Sourcing, you identify suitable talents and proactively talk about them via platforms such as LinkedIn

You are registered:r Student:in, ideally in the field of business, psychology, staff or comparable You are interested in HR, recruiting and modern selection processes First experiences in recruiting or dealing with applicants are of advantage, but no need You have very good German and English skills
