• You are the first voice that customers hear – whether questions, concerns or feedback – you take incoming calls friendlyly and make sure that every caller feels well removed
• You will find a solution for (almost) – with your sympathetic way, you will go to the customer's wishes, provide information, help, or guide to the right places – always with an open ear and clear answers
• You recognize what the customer really needs – ask for targeted questions and actively contribute to ensuring that concerns are resolved quickly and easily

DEIN PROFIL

• You have first experience in Call Center or Telemarketing
• You are strong in communication and have a safe appearance on the phone
• You have basic knowledge of the PC
• You work structured, binding and with a smile in your voice
