Team Leader - Payroll / HR Admin / SAP HCM (m/w/d)

You carry on and develop the Payroll & HR admin team You are responsible for the timely and correct implementation of wage and salary accounting, including time management and certification You ensure compliance with all statutory requirements in the right to pay tax and social security You are contact person:in sickness funds, social security institutions, professional associations and external service providers You accompany internal and external audits such as social security, pay tax and annual accounts You develop and implement process optimization, in particular with regard to digitalization and automation You support HR projects and work closely with adjacent departments

You have a completed commercial training or study with a focus on human resources, finance or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in pay billing and HR administration, ideally in a leadership position You have well-founded knowledge of pay tax and social security law You are safe to use common accounting systems such as SAP HCM, DATEV or comparable, as well as MS Office You have experience in dealing with time management systems You bring strong leadership skills, communication strength and a hands-on mentality You have a high service orientation, a structured way of working and an affinity for digital solutions
