Our core tasks include the provision of over two million insurers and utilities, as well as the profitable and secure investment of the assets of our utilities. We look back on 100 years of experience.

You are the trusted contact person (m/w/d) for our active members and are competent to accompany them on all questions relating to their preventive and life planning. With care and accuracy, you calculate the services for our recipients (m/w/d) in accordance with the statutes of the Bavarian Medical Care. They support our utilities (m/w/d) during the reference of services and ensure that they feel well looked after at any time. They actively communicate with our members and their survivors – whether by telephone, in writing or in person. In our paperless office you work IT-supported.

You have a completed training on social security, administrative staff (m/w/d) or a completed commercial training in insurance/banks/finance and professional experience in a comparable activity. Alternatively, you have a comparable completed commercial qualification and multiannual relevant professional experience. They are interested in legal matters and are ideally aware of social security/administrative rights or occupational pensions. You master MS Office sovereign. They like to work independently and communicate safely both oral and written. You have fun in service-oriented work, membership advice and dealing with numbers. They are committed, responsible and reliable. They appreciate team work and like to get constructive.
