Caretaker in real estate management

With over 20 years of experience, we manage more than 900 residential and commercial units in the district of Siegen-Wittgenstein and beyond the region. For our integrated housekeeper service at our site in Siegen, we are looking for a dedicated employee / housekeeper (m/w) at the next possible time, who is responsible for and maintains our building stock.

• Implementation of electrotechnical repairs and general maintenance work
• Support for renovation and modernization work
• Individual care and control of outdoor and green areas
• Regular object visits and visual checks
• Elevator and fire protection door controls
• Monitoring and operation of domestic installations (e.g. heating, lighting, ventilation)

Coordination and support of external trade and services companies

Self-coordination and documentation of work

• Contact person for tenants and local administration

• Completed electrotechnical training

• Craft skills and technical understanding

• deals with experience in building management or housemaster service

• Self-employed, structured and reliable operation

• Friendly and service-oriented appearance

• Good knowledge of German in word and writing

• driving license class B, BE advantageous
