Oldenburg has four bathrooms – and is currently facing one of the most exciting challenges in the city: the construction of a state-of-the-art sports and health resort – and we need a personality with know-how, courage and desire to take responsibility.

Your new task: You take over the planning, control and implementation of projects – from the new building to the renovation. You coordinate external specialist companies, architects, engineering offices and authorities. You take over the contractor's representation and represent the interests of our clients throughout the entire project phase. You are responsible for compliance with quality, cost and time requirements – even if it gets tight. You develop sustainable, sustainable building concepts for our bathrooms. You document construction progress, check invoices and accompany alerts.

That's what you bring: A completed study in civil engineering or comparable. Experience in implementing complex construction projects – ideally in public areas. Sovereignty in handling building regulations, standards and technical standards.
