As one of the most successful IoT platforms within Bosch, we actively drive the electrification and digitization of heavy-duty traffic. In order to strengthen our team, we are now looking for an experienced Solution Architect (m/w/d) at the Frankfurt site, which combines technological excellence with market and customer orientation and revolutionizes the battery-electric truck ecosystem together with us You are responsible for the technical and conceptual development of the digital booking platform of Bosch Road Services (Truck Parking & Charging) You define target architectures, evaluate technologies and translate innovative concepts into implementable technical solutions You design, design and accompany the implementation of new features, interfaces and integrations (e.g. APIs, Microservices, Cloud/IoT) and ensure seamless integration into existing systems You work closely with end customers (logistic fleets, parking and charging operators), take up requirements, translate them into solution concepts and present them to address-oriented You support sales with your technical expertise, actively bringing your sales skills, bringing solutions to completion and then responsible for implementing the agreed solution You coordinate and tax activities in various European countries and work with international stakeholders You conduct national and international projects (including PPP projects) and ensure effective cooperation in cross-functional teams You initiate and shape strategic cooperations and build partnerships sustainably You continuously test and analyze market and competitive trends, take measures and implement them conceptually and operationally to achieve sales and profit targets You ensure quality and release security, define test strategies and document requirements, changes and errors structured and comprehensible You support the stable and performant operation of the platform, identify optimization potentials and advance monitoring, performance and CI/CD You ensure compliance with relevant IT security and compliance requirements and advise the team on architecture-relevant issues in the regulatory context You bring creativity and willingness to design, capture important market impulses and develop new ideas for product, platform and go-to-market You promote the continuous improvement process by identifying, prioritizing and implementing improvements

Experience and expertise Multiannual relevant professional experience in Business Development / Sales (ideally Technical Sales) and/or in a Solution-Architect/PreSales-related role Very good domain understanding in at least one area: Charging, Truck Parking, Logistics / Supply Chain Experience in project management and implementation of complex solutions in cross-functional teams Solid technical understanding of modern platforms/architectures: Cloud (e.g. AWS/Azure/GCP), IoT, Microservices, APIs, CI/CD Basic knowledge of IT security & compliance (e.g. GDPR/Industrial requirements) are advantageous Personality Clear communication and ability to put complex issues to the point Enforcement, reliability and pronounced analytical skills Innovation spirit, creativity and enthusiasm for internet-based innovations and digital business models Own-responsible, structured operation with hands-on mentality Languages German and English Italian, French, Dutch or Polish desirable
