In your position as an offer and auditer for construction and service services in the repair management team in Berlin, your main focus is on cost control. You are responsible for the careful examination and validation of invoices and evidence related to the elimination of damage caused by fire, water, storm, hail. Your trained eye for details and your analytical skills ensure that all expenses are trans-parent and comprehensible.

Examination of invoices and offers of handicraft services as part of the document examination, incl. Comparative framework price agreements Ensuring the formal and content correctness of all relevant documents Use and maintenance of relevant systems (Beleg-prüfungssoftware „BillMA''', MS-Office) Process optimization in the area of invoice and offer testing to increase efficiency and quality

Complete study in construction, craftsmen, technicians and/or skilled workers in construction with experience in billing construction services of advantage Experiences in the field of production and testing of offers and invoices in construction companies are desirable. Experience in dealing with VOB and building contract law Commercial and business knowledge Excellent quality and cost awareness Very good telephone behavior, negotiation skills, Good computer skills We require very good German knowledge in word and writing
