MHP: DRIVEN BY EXCELLENCE. You are an expert: in the field of sustainability and want to accompany companies on their way to a responsible future? With sound knowledge in ESG and future-oriented business models, you are contributing together with our team to develop innovative solutions and advance transformative changes. The following tasks are waiting for you: Controlling the roll-out of the company-wide sustainability strategy to international subsidiaries and central contact person for local teams as well as transferring group specifications Support for the development and implementation of selected initiatives, taking into account local requirements Creating and maintaining reports according to CSRD, TCFD and EU-Taxonomy and ensuring compliance with global and local sustainability requirements Collection and analysis of relevant data in cooperation with international stakeholders and assessment of sustainability indicators Observing global sustainability trends and developing new strategies to further develop the corporate strategy Creation of reports and exchanges with internal and external stakeholders

To be ready for your journey, you have the following qualifications in your luggage: Complete studies in economics/social sciences with a focus on sustainability or in a comparable subject and at least. 5 years of professional experience. Passion for sustainability, data analysis, strategic development and trend analysis. Expertise in International Sustainability Standards, Compliance and Sustainability Strategies and Regulatorics (CSRD, GRI, TCFD, EU-Taxonomy). Your work is characterised by a high degree of commitment and initiative. You are convinced by very good analytical skills, presentation and communication skills as well as comprehensive methodological and strategic skills.
