Your tasks

• Preparation and implementation of the monthly pay bill
• Application of tariff, labour and social insurance issues
• Advice on personal questions
• Operational personal marketing including Contract management
• Implementation of defined administrative processes
• Work on projects and personal business processes

Your profile

You should bring this as an employee (m/w/d):

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Safe handling of billing program and time recording software as well as MS Office
• Legal knowledge in the field of pay tax and social security
• Experience in quality assurance and discussion
• User knowledge of the FIDELIS program
• Structured mode of operation and pronounced communicative competence
