During your internship, you organize events for the students as well as the student table and help expand the student network. For our specialist departments and supervisors:in our student employees you are the first person: for all questions about our student relations. You are a key point between the location, the works council and the HR service by coordinating, among other things, the works council hearings, entrances and exits of the students. In cooperation with the HR Business Partners: you accompany exciting special projects. Depending on your interest, you will also get insights into other topics (further education, time management, recruiting, international HR topics) This gives you a comprehensive insight into the work of a HR department. You plan student events together with our training department and accompany them on site. In addition, you will also prepare the BOGY Week 2026.

Education: You are immatriculated at a (special) university in the Bachelor or Master Personality and working methods: You are communicative, creative and have fun working virtually and making contacts. You work committed, structured and take responsibility for your topics. Organizational skills and a quick understanding characterize you.
