sound legal and commercial knowledge Professional experience, in particular in dunning and enforcement as well as accounting knowledge communicative & social competence, flexibility, safe occurrence, pronounced targeting, organizational skills Experience in handling customers and managing employees good knowledge of MS Office products and computer competence knowledge of the software for debt management “IKAROS”
