Active participant acquisition for the University and Academy Conducting consultations: telephone (in-bound, out-bound), per videocall, personal on site Working with the planning and execution of sales events (information events, workshops etc.) Processing and qualification of lead and applicant pipelines Organisational & administrative processing of study contracts, admission decisions etc. Compliance and implementation of central requirements (sales processes, CRM processes, etc.) Area Sales Manager support in the analysis of competitors with local market observation Service-oriented cooperation with local and central departments

You have profound experience in sales, preferably in the educational sector Higher education would be desirable, but is not a prerequisite Fun in dealing with young people You are characterized by high target and result orientation and are above average dedicated You are strong in communication and can inspire national and international students: Knowledge of the CRM system Salesforce is advantageous, but are not required Very good German knowledge (min.
