September 2026 a three-year training at: Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in cooperation with the Baden-Württemberg Dual University in Mannheim. (identification: KOOP BA 10/2026, Stellen‐ID 1429634) The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) – Institution of Public Law – is the central real estate company of the federal government. The main tasks are the uniform real estate management, the real estate management and the real estate sale as well as the forest and nature protection specialist care of the property properties. Around 7,000 employees work in Germany for the BImA, distributed to the headquarters – headquartered in Bonn – and nine directorates as well as over 120 locations.

3 years of dual study from October 2026 (theory and practical phases alternating, scientific study in Mannheim next to the practical experience in our company) Practical operations in various areas of the Koblenz Directorate (including facility management, portfolio management and sales) Federal Week of Introduction for dual students at the Federal Institute for Real Estate Tasks from September 2026 Theoretical study contents at DHBW Mannheim: Basics of Business and Economics (including Business Tax Teaching, Cost / Performance Accounting, Financing and Investment, Marketing) Information management, methods and social competencies Mathematics and statistics Real estate management (including facility management, management, valuation and sale of real estate)

School degree: general or subject-bound university qualification (with best possible results in mathematics and German) Interest in real estate Good understanding, careful working and pronounced social competence Good written and oral expressiveness Responsibility, team spirit and willingness to learn Good IT skills (Microsoft Office) Good self-organization and initiative Ready to use and service trips at various locations in Rhineland-Palatinate and Hessen (besides Frankfurt am Main still Koblenz, Trier, Kassel and Kaiserslautern)
