As a project team member, you take over the expertise for your field of expertise and work closely with the project manager as well as the other participants in the team on the projects They work with the selection and contracting of freelance services They provide planning services or partial planning services according to HOAI incl. Development of feasibility studies They are responsible for the control, quality and performance of externally contracted engineering offices and exporting firms They support department management by providing expert advice They work with the planning, procurement, control and billing of construction services

You have completed your studies (Bachelor/ Diploma/Master) in the fields of architecture, construction management, construction in existence, civil engineering or industrial engineering, electrical engineering, technical building equipment, utility technology, facility management or They have a successful conclusion to the state-tested technician*in with the emphasis on building technology and a minimum of six years of relevant professional experience in an occupation of engineering cuts (e.g. by certificates of work). Further requirements: They ideally have a multiannual professional experience in the real estate industry, preferably in the field of civil engineering, and have deeper knowledge in the technical and infrastructural building management. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group.
