As a driver of innovation (m/w/d) and part of the project team, our customers are helping to implement their transformation projects and change projects into reality.
They collect and analyse the change expertise with the customer. They advise the customer with regard to the appropriate change strategy and the respective ACM measures. The distribution is supported by you in the Presales process. They create awareness and thus promote the customer's willingness to change. This includes the development of visions and target images as well as the design and planning of communication measures. They advise and accompany the change process of workplace projects with a focus on different target groups (C-level management, executives, multipliers, works councils, etc.). They plan multiplicators/key users programs (taking use cases, developing guidelines, community building, and perform these through – tailored to the technical implementation). They lead the employees affected by the change through tailored learning formats. They conceptualize evaluation measures to measure project success and execute them. They work out different ACM components and measures and continuously develop them.
Through your relevant professional experience in adoption and change management, you can become effective directly with the customer. They bring experiences in the accompaniment and implementation of workplace projects, ideally in the field of public administration. You have a good understanding of digital transformations and modern communication in the digital workspace. Experiences in the Microsoft 365 and/or the Cisco Webex environment are preferred. They are practiced in independent and result-oriented action and work. You can do this in customer projects as well as in our ACM team. Through your empathy for the needs of all project participants and people in the change process you create a pleasant transition. They are thrilled with new approaches and the development of creative solutions, which will help you develop our expertise. You have good communication skills with very good German (level C1 or higher) and good English skills (level B2 or higher). The use on site with the customer throughout Germany is not a problem for you (approximately 50% of travel expenses).
