Our goal at DLR's Technical Facility Management (TFM) is to find and successfully implement tailor-made solutions for buildings and technical facilities of scientific and experimental research. For the West region, at the Cologne-Porz site, you take care of the building and infrastructure facilities and ensure the smooth operation of the electrical installations. Your tasks Project management by co-selection of the technical equipment of the buildings and the installation of electrical installations in the context of larger rebuilding or new construction measures by technical advice Coordination and participation in maintenance and maintenance measures (depositing, rebuilding measures, inspections) on electrotechnical devices and equipment such as energy supply systems, switching and ventilation systems and conveyor technology Resolution of the implementation of measures by definition of technical requirements, approval of technical instructions and acceptance of measures Inspection of the electrotechnical structures and implementation of the highly complex functional monitoring of the plant parameters to be accurately observed of complicated electrotechnical systems Testing of safety devices such as fire safety flaps, smoke and heat removals Disruption elimination of industrial plants commissioning and assignment of third-party companies as well as final control of completed assembly and installation work as well as acceptance and documentation of services
