• Project planning and strategy: development of comprehensive project plans and strategies taking into account the scope, budget and timetables to achieve the organizational objectives, with a focus on achieving project CPIs, from RTB status to delivery

• Definition of work packages: management of the definition of work packages and the division of project tasks into manageable components to ensure alignment with the project KPIs, including time, budget, quality and health and safety

• Implementation of digitalization: Promote the introduction and integration of digital tools and technologies to streamline project management processes, improve data-driven decision-making and improve cooperation between project teams without losing sight of project KPIs

• Skilling of working methods: promoting and facilitating various working methods, including waterfall management, hybrid agile project management and lean methods, through digital platforms to ensure alignment with project KPIs

• Team leadership: guidance and guidance for the wind project management team and promotion of a collaborative and powerful work culture that is beneficial to the digital transformation and the achievement of project KPIs

• Stakeholder management: cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, contractors and supervisory authorities to ensure the alignment and compliance of the rules throughout the project lifecycle, with the focus on compliance with project KPIs

• Resource allocation: Effective allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment and materials, to optimize project efficiency and cost efficiency while maintaining project KPIs

• Risk management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with wind energy projects, and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize interruptions and delays and to ensure alignment with project KPIs

• Quality assurance: implementation of quality assurance processes and standards in order to maintain the highest level of quality and reliability in the project results, with the focus on fulfilling quality-related project KPIs

• Budget and cost control: Precise monitoring of project budgets, monitoring expenditure and implementation of cost control and maximising profitability while maintaining budget-related project KPIs

• Progress Reporting: Regular reporting on project progress, milestones and performance indicators to management and key stakeholders using digital reporting and visualization tools for greater transparency and insight into project KPIs

• Continuous Improvement: Promoting continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function, using digital platforms to capture experiences, proven procedures and performance data analyses to improve the achievement of project KPIs

• Compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations: ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and standards, with priority being given to the well-being of employees and environmental sustainability and respecting the health and safety-related project KPIs

• Bachelor degree in engineering, construction management or a related area. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, IPMA, etc.) are preferred

• Proven 8+ years of experience in wind project management with a track record in the successful implementation of large wind energy projects from RTB status to delivery in compliance with project KPIs

• Confidence with various working methods, including waterfall management, hybrid agile project management and lean methods, as well as experience in enabling these methods through digital platforms while ensuring alignment with project KPIs

• Embossed leadership qualities with experience in leadership and motivation of multidisciplinary teams to achieve project KPIs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders at all levels

• Understanding wind energy technologies, trends in the wind industry and regulatory requirements

• Knowledge of project management tools and software for scheduling, budgeting, resource management and digitalization implementation while maintaining the focus on project KPIs

• Flowing English and German skills. Knowledge of other languages is advantageous
