Since 1984, the drug emergency service Berlin gGmbH (formerly an emergency service for drug addicts and addicts Berlin e.V.) has been applied to people with a addiction disease as well as to persons who do not want to reflect or change their consumer behaviour. In addition, we inform about effects and risks of substance consumption. We also advise and support people who are in a medical substitution programme. We support the social reintegration, the participation in social life and the development of a meaningful daily structure. Our work focuses on supporting children, young people and their families. Support of the management in the leadership and development of the team Support in personnel planning, development and management Participation and further development of the processes and quality standards of the institution Support in budget planning and monitoring Cooperation on the strategic orientation and further development of the institution Participation in public relations for the establishment Support for technical and annual reports in coordination with the management Participation in (further) development and coordination of our streetwork projects

Complete study of social work/pedagogy or comparable qualification Remarkable: additional qualification e.g. master's degree in the field of addiction, social management or comparable additional qualification Required: management experience Multiannual professional experience in working with addiction patients and/or people with mental impairment Good knowledge of Office programs Word, Excel, Outlook Good knowledge of the application of a specialist software Consciousness to the need for economic action in social work Knowledge of communication and intervention techniques Ability to work in teams, negotiation skills, enforcement ability and strategic thinking High flexibility
